Maximize covers minimized in dock #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. minimize window
2. maximize window
3. notice maximized window covers dock so can't get to minimized window w/o
unmaximizing maximized window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

IMHO dock should always show like

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

flexmdi1.1

Set MDIManager's showMinimizedTiles property to true. True should probably be 
default
value, feel free to file enhancement request.
