Maximize/minimize buttons doesn' work in a window. #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Window as a child of VBox.MDICanvas-->VBOx-->MDIWindow1 - > 
MDIWindow2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1) Maximize,Minimize,close doesnot work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flexlib1.1 on windows.
