Tile / Tile and Fill Space should keep the sizes of the windows #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At the link http://benclinkinbeard.com/flexmdi/explorer/
2. Have window 1 and window 2
3. Resize window 1 and window 2 to make window 1 narrower, like 30% of width 
and window 2 70% of width, which are the desired layout
4.  Add a window 3
5.  Click either Tile or Tile + Fill Space, Window 3 fit into bottom of the 
view.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting: window 1 and window 2 keep the width proportions as set at step 3 
See actually: window 1 and window 2 are set to equal width and lost the user 
preferred width settings. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
