Can't change walpaper #342

I got a system running ubuntu 22.04. I downloaded the deb file and downloaded via software install, but when I open the app the background changes but my right click does not have the choice of changing wallpaper only the default dropdown.

I would like to delete a wallpaper. Anyone have an idea on how to do that?
