My video wallpaper is extremly glitchy (it boes black in certain areas momentarily) , my linux machine is newly installed and im new to linux so idk whats going on.
something i noticed is that the same thing happens when i play a video on the "VIDEOS" app and when i changed to vlc media player it works fine...dk if that helps...
