I can't open Komorebi but can open Wallpaper Creaor #370

If I click to open Komorebi, my cursor just loads and nothing happens. When I open Wallpaper Creator, it opens just fine. When I also try to uninstall Komorebi, it shows this:

make: *** No rule to make target 'uninstall'. Stop.
