Add ROM Collection should only import the new collection #201

I recently added a single NES collection, it took 12+ hours. I then from within 
the NES collection brought up the context menu and hit Add ROM Collection. I 
followed the wizard and when complete it started importing not only the new 
SNES collection but the the original NES collection as well. Its going much 
much faster on first collection but I'm not sure why it we even be necessary.

I see there is a option to ignore importing collection once you edit the 
collection. Perhaps this could be the default behavior once a collection has 
successfully complete a pass.

You can select which collection to import. By default it is set to "All". You 
can just switch this to the collection taht you want to import.
