Clarification of Azure portal version in https://docs.chef.io/azure_portal.html #527

The documentation page for Azure could benefit from clarity around which version of the Azure portal is needed to create a Chef Server.

The 1st section describes Azure and links to the production portal which is manage.windowsazure.com and from there you can create a vm and drop a chef agent on at the time of provisioning. But to create a Chef server in Azure, you have to use the preview features of portal.azure.com image
