Create, list and attach clould block storage volumes #90

Ability to create a server and attache a cloud block storage volume to it, as well as list the existing cloud block storage volumes that exist on your account.

Nice, can you write some unit tests for this? I'd like to see the test coverage start to go higher on this gem.
