--cpu and --memory options not working #15

Ex:

knife vcair server create --cpus 4 --memory 2048 --ssh-password 'randopass' --image "Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS (i386 20140619)" --customization-script ./linux-customization.sh --node-name 1204-32bits

Yields:

vAPP Name IP CPU Memory OS Owner Status
