chef@discourse.chef.io should add messages to the chef category
chef-dev@discourse.chef.io should add messages to the chef-dev category
security-announce@discourse.chef.io should add messages to the security-announcements category

This is blocked on Discourse supporting more than one address for a category.

we could probably set-up some auto forwarding from the old email addresses in the meantime.
