Retire @lists.opscode.com email addresses #5

After some agreed date, email sent to @lists.opscode.com should bounce with a message asking people to send to the appropriate @discourse.chef.io email address.

The date should be 2-3 months after #4 has been fully implemented.

Why would we remove these? Doesn't really hurt anything to continue to support them.

We should retire the use of anything with "opscode.com" and encourage people to use the current methods. Let's not support anything more than or longer than is practical.

More or less by definition someone trying to find the mailing list is looking for help. Keeping a few MX records around seems like a small price to pay to keep that flow smooth even if they docs they find still list older email addresses.

Or rather: if there is going to be an auto-responder that can tell the user the thing to do, it should just do it for them.
