current master doesn't build

Hey,

I tried to build current master, but had to patch omnibus-software as some checksums and download URLs are outdated. Current omnibus-software master doesn't work out of the box.

Is there any reason chef-server can't be updated to use the latest versions of omnibus and omnibus-software? Are there known blockers?

I had to "patch" the following things to build current master 3fd118030e3f7eb85239df3de4045e044d7826d8:

A focus on Chef 12 is the main blocker here. We have a to-do item to update to the latest omnibus, but it's not going to happen until Chef 12 ships and we have more bandwidth internally. Thanks for this report, as it will likely help in that process. The reason this hasn't hit us internally is that we make use of an extensive cache that keeps copies of all the software around, so our build system is able to find the settings you had to update @grobie.
