Do not consider a job 'crashed' when a reboot is invoked by a cookbook resource #140

I would like to request that the the client/server not treat a job as crashed on the node if the pushy-jobs-client service was terminated because of a reboot invoked by a cookbook.

This was a design choice made at the beginning of the Push project. This is a good suggestion and we will bring it up with product.
