Remove reverse mapping code for node_to_addr in command switch #33

the reverse mapping had a bug and wasn't actually used

As James and I discussed, this code is going to be completely redone in the near term, but I see no reason not to simply and remove bugs in the interim. Looks good; ok to merge.
