Create a template kitchen sandbox with preconfigured knife.rb and OS-specific user data. Allows for an easy and repeatable way to launch new servers to existing BJC stacks to evaluate new cookbooks we might wish to add in later updates.

You also need to be moved over to bjc! And incorporated with the stuff @smford22 has already done!
