@tas50 most of this seems sound, but will you please consider reverting the renaming of Berksfile.disabled to Berksfile ?
In my experience test-kitchen will try to resolve dependencies using Berkshelf when a Berksfile is present, ignoring the Cheffile we currently use by default. Berkshelf is not in this project's Gemfile, and we are not presently considering ChefDK a requirement for working with this repo.
