Support Solaris as a Target #156

Chef-apply should be able to Target Solaris hosts

Acceptance Criteria

The following command will create a directory on a Solaris host: chef-run SOMEUSER:SOME_PASSWORD@A_SOLARIS_HOST directory /tmp/foo
