Add markdown linter, mdl, so we have properly formatted markdown in the future.

[ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[x] New content (non-breaking change)
[ ] Breaking change (a content change which would break existing functionality or processes)

Yeah this is just formatting. I plan on automating a bunch of this based on GitHub teams and whatever I can pull from Slack. But first linting 😆
