Update chefstyle requirement from 1.7.5 to 2.0.3 #258

@tas50 is this affected by the rubocop bug we're seeing in cookstyle as well? Or is this a legit fix that needs to happen?

That may be a real fix.

@tas50 I feel like 6626ed4 is more of a "hack" than a real solution. Where should this dep be and do we need to just replace the chef dep with knife now?

A newer version of chefstyle exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged.
