"Extracting game data" freeze! #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install
2. download data
3. start game and after that an advertise come up "extracting game data" with 
the download bar in the back

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.15
