Tooltip ballon on marker #128

OpenLayers Wrapper: How to make tooltip balloon on marker

I wanna show popup balloon when mouse cursor rests on marker and hide popup 
ballon when mouse cursor changes its position or even leaves the marker.
If this feature is not implemented in OpenLayers Wrapper, please give 
suggestion how to implement this feature.
