about get address by lat,lng #22

1.  I want to get address information from openlayers with lat and lng, but I 
cannot find out any solution all over the internet. If openlayers doesn't 
provide geo-coding to let us get the address, do you have any suggestion how 
can we get the address?

2. It seems to use Vector Layer to draw a line and to click Marker to get a 
popup couldn't work together. Only if I cancel Vector,the popup can 
display;only if i cancel popup ,the line can see. They work like this or what?
