Extend demo with another wfs test site

Inspired by your wfs sample I add another one. It loads areas, lines and points 
from a sample server mentioned in the the openlayers api documentation. I also 
modify WFSProxyServlet. I saw no other way to use additional servers.

My next steps will be improvements of the sample: 
1. add also normal openlayer bubble popups
2. I don't like the behavior if I click a feature. The notification is shown 
but the after it's gone the feature is already selected. So I need to select 
another one or do a empty click ... and only than I can click on first feature 
again to see notification again - so I will try to add some optional automatic 
unselect

Great stuff!

Your account should now have commit rights. Please create issue for each 
feature or bugfix also in the future.  Will help me and other to follow how we 
progress in this effort.
