No upstairs hot water. Perhaps replace hand dryer with water heater? #8

There is no hot water upstairs in the kitchen. Generally not a big problem but washing up can accumulate and washing it in cold water is very unpleasant. One suggestion was to replace the hand dryer that is not very effective with a water heater.

There is a water heater in the unit as a whole, it's however within the part owned by the builders out back. They've turned it off at their end. We weren't sure if it was on a timer or if it was flow activated. Either way the problem was it was connected to our electricity but both us and the builders could use it and without a way of recording usage, the worry was their usage would increase our electricity bill. I guess we could get a over sink heater, it would probably cost around £60, there are under sink units but they're slightly more pricey.
