For those of us that are running several instances of ES, It seems only to show up on the one that you have "active" in windows, any posibility to make this always active for every display?

Any news on this from the AFV development team?

@e4rthdog Not yet. I have just been in contact with one of the AFV dev's who promised me he will look into it when it's time for new AFV updates.
