Make sure privacy police is accessible #1077

Add a link to it in the data protection banner and in the gitbook.

This is done now. The privacy notice is here: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/data-protection/privacy-notice/chembl-website A link to it appears to every new user in the GDPR Banner. It can also be accessed from the Gitbook.
