If on https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/g/#browse/drugs, I first click on the 'Cell' filter on the left-hand side, and the on the graph icon, I see an empty plot, with the 'X axis', 'Y axis' and 'Colour by' dropdowns clearly visible at the top. However, if I do the opposite: first select the graph icon, and then click on the 'Cell' filter on the left-hand side, I also see that same empty plot but now it covers the 'X axis', 'Y axis' and 'Colour by' dropdowns almost entirely (Tested it on Chrome).
