This removes:

The usage of the ij18n dictionaries in python and javascript
The javascript 'schema' of the elasticsearch properties and its usage.
Old style configurations of properties. This functionality has already been moved to the new ESProxy API Project.

The removal simplifies the code and reduces the data sent to the browser.
