I looked into it, but I couldn't see any error in the logs. I saw there was an error when loading some of the javascript files, it could be a network issue. I re-deployed the application and I will pay attention if it happens again.

Hi David, The drug warning information is not always displaying on the web interface. Sometimes it is visible, but other times it is not, and I can't seem to replicate the error consistently - sorry! It sometimes appears when I reload the page for a second time, but not always. Perhaps you could look into it?
