encoding issue in search parameter #129

This URL generates error 500: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/api/data/molecule/search.json?q=Caffeic%C3%A6acid%C3%A6phenethylester as well as this one: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/api/data/molecule/search.json?q=3,5-dihydroxy-4%C3%8D-ethyl-trans-stilbene and: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/api/data/chembl_id_lookup/search?q=JAK/TBK1/IKK%CE%B5
