taxonomy ID for targtes #132

It would be great to have taxonomy ID apart from string organism name in the chembl responses.

Here is an example:

https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/api/data/target?limit=1000&target_components__accession=O60391

organism is marked as "Homo sapiens". From my point of view it would be much easier if it refered to taxonomy ID: 9606.

Yes I agree, this will be done in the next minor release.
