What is the point of Toggle Details? #149

I can't see the point of the curator needing to have access to this.

Also, CANCEL is greyed out, so it can't be cancelled. toggle

Imagine one file fails to load for whatever reason. Or there is a problematic file, which takes ages to load. It is a lot easier to debug when you know, which file has failed/took a long time to load. This is optional and closed by default.

Can you change the name from Toggle to something like Progress Details so someone can understand it is to do with the file upload progress. I didn't know what was meant by Toggle until I pressed it.

I can change to 'show details'. But then you click it and details will be shown this label is not longer valid. Now it should be 'hide details'. So I thought it might have sense to add one label 'toggle details'.
