I loaded 3 molfiles into the box and once the first one was cleaned, it asked me what I wanted to do with this specific compound. I chose to add it as a new compound and chose the source etc.
It then inserted the other two in exactly the same manner automatically without asking me what I wanted to do with them.
It may be that I would like to treat each molfile on an individual basis.
So I believe it should ask me for each compound, what I would like to do AND if I want to keep the same source.
