Add ability to move open and close different regions in the `curate` view. #52

Right now all boxes like 'Identifiers', 'Compound Structure' etc. have fixed positions and can't be closed. They should be movable/sortable with ability to close/reopen and individual layout should be stored in user profile.

Rather than close them, how about + and -, so you only see the headers and you can expland the view if you want to see them?
