Update java script libraries

Client side of curation interface uses a lot of JS libraries that are actively maintained and developed. They should be updated to latest versions which can solve some bugs/make them look better/make them more safe. Important libraries that should be updated:

• underscore.js (http://underscorejs.org/)
• backbone.js (http://backbonejs.org/)
• jQuery (https://jquery.com/)
• jQueryUI (http://jqueryui.com/)
• PNotify - https://sciactive.github.io/pnotify/
