Latest RFX boards no longer have headers #1

I contacted Matt Ettus personally and was told:

"We removed those headers because nobody used them, and putting them in
involved an extra processing step in production."

So the question is how will the clocktamer work without them? Or what is a
decent solution.

This connector was used for two purposes:
1) An easy way to fixate ClockTamer.
2) As a way to control ClockTamer without miniUSB.

If you use miniUSB (it's a preferred way) and you could fixate ClockTamer
somewhere else, then absence of that connector is not a problem.

We think we'll provide a spare connector to solder on RFX with ClockTamer. You
will be able to solder it on if you find you need it.
