Refactor project #15

add a folder 'util' and other ?
use cosine from mljs ?

You are going to make me crazy with your multiple issues 🤣

I love the idea of organizing the project, but what could be in the util dir?
This cosine it's optimized for the spectra, that's why I'm not using the one in ML

If cosine is optimised it should stay here. For the folders there should be many ... and I didn't think yet about which one. At the first level there should be only I think
