trigger to add oclID #21

When saving reactions or a trigger should generate

for reaction:

content -> index -> reagent:[{oclID, oclCoor, oclIndex ?}]
content -> index -> product:[{oclID, oclCoor, oclIndex ?}]

for product

content -> index -> molecule:[{oclID, oclCoor, oclIndex ?}]

This requires https://github.com/cheminfo-js/openchemlib-extended that deals with RXN and molfiles
