why do we assume that there will be always a desorption column #31

when writing docstrings i saw that we currently have https://github.com/cheminfo/isotherm-analysis/blob/01ac6d38e9950c8b01a8ae9696fdd21d26aae189/src/from/fromMicrometricsCSV.js#L55-L87 i feel that this should only run if this desorption data exists
