Mapping reactions #20

Currently it seems that each time you start at a new reagent the numbering starts at one. This makes very difficult to map reactions. Would be nice that the number increments continuously even if you deal with a new reagent.

Temporally workaround: set by hand (right mouse click) the wished atom map number

Should have been fixed in version 2017-06-18. Could someone check it ?
