There will just be a breaking change in mass-fragmentation that will only impact mass-tools I think (so limited major bumps).

I don't know how to only bump major on a specific package.

Ok then better not to make a breaking change. As I said I don't think anybody is using the very exotic feature that was tested before implementing the fragmentation based on reaction that is currently in production.
