Can you find a reference for the format of the MRZ?

This ICAO document is for passports. I don't expect it to contain the answer.

By looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_driving_licence#Overview_of_driving_licences, it seems there is no standard for the MRZ (many countries don't even have one). I suspect the format is country-specific.

I couldn't find any reference documents. I reverse engine the format of the ZLA French licence
