Difficult problem: The multiplet is not symmetrical. Determining the center of a multiplet is the first step of the analysis and if fails in this case, or more precisely determines one of the line of the doublet to be the multiplet satisfying the symetry criterion.
Possible solution: reject, in the search of the center of a multiplet, any position that would not cover 90% of the integration of the area. This shoul allow doublet with pretty severe second-order effects to be taken as a whole.
