Export current spectrum as jcamp if 2D #1899

This is to do after:

We should also be allowed to export 2D NMR spectra.

It will use: from2DNMRVariables

can you provide an example of how it works with the new changes that happened over the data that we get from 2d convert, right now we have rr,ii,ri,ir ?
