Links to the documentation are broken #121

I get 404 when trying to access any of the documentation mentioned in the README.md; did it move anywhere? This has been happening for about a month already

It looks like a tsdoc update changed the name of the output files. For your example, it's at https://cheminfo.github.io/openchemlib-js/classes/SDFileParser.html now.

Feel free to open a pull request to fix them. Otherwise I'll take it when I have time.
