update the installation instruction and defaults

[x] use the official docs.c6h6.org documentation to host the installation instructions
[x] install dependencies should be only one command, extract this from the script we have
[X] check why/if node is needed: it is currently needed, but we should put in the container
[X] make template DB
[X] update the default TOC
[ ] defaults for home
[x] by default do expose 80/443 directly
