Save methods steps also for Perkin Elmer as meta data #6

It is probably useful to save, and maybe also display, the TGA protocol as we now do for the TA parser (https://github.com/cheminfo/tga-spectrum/pull/7/commits/09641595f0d3378d94fc4e93fdf9083984512a66).

also, we should maybe think of also storing the gas flows and additional metadata for Perkin Elmer (just to avoid losing that information)

i think we should make an array of them and then could try to use them for annotation
