Error on startup in WinXP SP3 #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I placed the install dir from my drive root C: so I have C:\jperf
2. Executed the Batch file
3. I get a Java Virtual Machine Launcher error saying "Could not find the 
main class.  Program will exit".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JPERF 2.0.2   

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe there is something not stated in the README.txt to get the launcher 
working or a missing class as indicated in the error?

And no one seems to be doing anything about it either according to issue 14.

You may have done what I did - used a windows utility like winzip to unpack the 
archive and did NOT select the "Use folder names" option.
