Added tauri dependencies and build scripts #30

This is just a baseline for the tauri implementation since I cannot fully test this right now (I do not have space on my main drive to install the required 18gbs of the visual studio c++ desktop development library).

Things I've done:

Added all the necessary dependencies
Added the boilerplate tauri code
Fixed some gitignores
Added build scripts to build & export the next project and build the tauri one
Modified the prisma schema to use sqlite for immediate local development
